COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is designed to provide participants with the fundamentals CNC Turning machine concepts with CNC simulation software that replicates an actual CNC machine control. Participants would be exposed to the CNC Turning components and features, cutting technology, basic programming, cycles and CNC Turning machine operations.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Describe the components, features and principles operation of CNC Turning machine. • Write CNC programs according to the drawing given and perform part simulation. • Perform CNC turning operations such as work piece zero setting, tool setting, program editing and machining.
