COURSE OVERVIEW
This course is designed to provide participants with the fundamentals of CNC milling machine concepts with CNC simulation software that replicates an actual CNC machine control. Participants would be exposed to the CNC milling components and features, cutting technology, basic programming and CNC milling machine operations.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Describe the components, features and principles operation of CNC Milling machine. • Write CNC programs according to the drawing given and perform part simulation. • Perform CNC milling operations such as work piece zero setting, tool setting, program editing and machining.
